Jet Concept

One partner for business jet modifications. Design, certification, and manufacturing in one managed program.

LUXURY~1

One partner for a managed aircraft modification program

We operate as an EASA Part 21J design organization and an EASA Part 21G production organization. For owners, operators, and completion partners, we bring technical design, the certification path, manufacturing, and installation documentation into one clearly managed process.

How we run the program

We focus on aircraft modification programs that go beyond standard service. In business aviation, discretion, technical rigor, and installation-ready output matter most.

We step in when an owner or operator requirement turns into a managed program. From the first brief onward, we keep design, approval logic, manufacturing, and installation deliverables aligned. The customer does not manage several disconnected parties. They work with a partner who keeps the program on course from start to handover.

We also support commercial aviation as a complementary capability for projects that require approved design, controlled manufacturing, and a clean handover for installation.

Main focus

Business aviation

This is our primary direction. Jet Concept is built for business jets, VIP and VVIP interiors, completion programs, cabin refurbishment, and modifications where comfort, aesthetics, technical logic, and the right certification basis all have to work together.

Commercial aviation

For airlines, lessors, and technical organizations, we cover retrofit programs, redelivery projects, and compliance upgrades. The output is technically clean, and the documentation connects directly to installation.

Why Jet Concept

  • primary focus on business jets and premium cabin programs
  • design, certification, and manufacturing run as one process
  • confidential program management from concept to installation-ready output
  • certification and manufacturing aligned from day one
  • deliverables built for real operation, not just for presentation

Programs where we bring the most value

Jet Concept supports projects where design, certification, and manufacturing have to move as one. For business jets and completion programs, we typically cover:

  • complete VIP interior solutions
  • cabin refurbishment
  • premium cabin upgrades
  • introduction and integration of new systems
  • selection of materials and cabin elements
  • production preparation and supplier coordination
  • installation-ready outputs for the customer or a partner Part 145

For the commercial segment, we mainly cover:

  • retrofit programs
  • redelivery and transition projects
  • compliance upgrades
  • cabin and systems changes with a clean documentation and handover path

Who we work with and when

Business aviation

Business jet owners, operators, family offices, and completion partners. They come when there is a need to:

  • rebuild or refresh a VIP interior
  • design and deliver a premium cabin upgrade
  • integrate new systems without chaos between multiple parties
  • turn an owner's requirement into a certified output
Commercial aviation

Airlines, lessors, technical organizations, and Part 145 installation partners. They come with projects where the certification framework is defined upfront and the key question is: who holds accountability for documentation and manufacturing output from brief to handover.

What we do

Design under EASA Part 21J

We prepare modification concepts and certified engineering solutions for interiors, systems, and selected structural interfaces. From the first assignment, it is clear what is technically feasible, what will require approval, and what the next step should be.

Typical scope includes:

  • design of changes under Part 21J
  • avionics installation design and technical substantiation
  • interior components and cabin integration
  • compliance documentation, calculations, and analyses
  • installation deliverables, drawings, and certification documentation

Manufacturing under EASA Part 21G

We produce interior elements, approved kits, and selected components with a strong focus on fit, traceability, and conformity control. The output follows approved data and moves straight into installation.

Typical scope includes:

  • avionics installation kits and certified components
  • custom partitions and selected cabin elements
  • soft materials and cabin textile elements
  • seat refurbishment support and refurbishment kits
  • manufacturing documentation and handover deliverables for the installation team

How it works

1. Brief and technical scope
You share the aircraft type, program scope, and operational context. We define the scope of work, technical interfaces, responsibilities between Jet Concept, installation, and the Part 145 partner, and the first certification steps.

2. Design and engineering
We prepare the technical concept, calculations, analyses, drawings, and documentation. From the start, it is clear what will be approved, what will be manufactured, and which data will be required for installation.

3. Certification path
We manage the approval process, compliance documentation, and validation steps. Certification runs in parallel with the program, not only at the end.

4. Manufacturing and installation coordination
We produce approved parts and prepare outputs for installation by the customer or a partner Part 145. Documentation and manufacturing outputs stay aligned.

5. Handover of the output
We hand over approved data, manufacturing outputs, installation documentation, and handover deliverables. The next step of the program is clear.
