Aviation Marketing Assistant
Original listing in Czech — working language Czech and English.
You will be the right hand of our Marketing Manager Pavlína and run marketing where aviation meets real work: at the trade fair, in the hangar, at the maintenance facility in Kunovice. One day you coordinate the stand at AERO Friedrichshafen or Farnborough, another day you create content right next to an aircraft, prepare a newsletter, or check that merchandise and printed materials are ready for the next event.
AIR TEAM connects avionics distribution, Part 145 maintenance in Kunovice, cockpit modernisations, and special projects. Pilots, MRO teams, and operators know us from practice, not from a catalogue. To make it all work, we need someone with an aviation background.
If you can plan your own work and set priorities, you are exactly the type we are looking for. We are an AI-first company, so you will get Cursor, ChatGPT, and other tools that make the work easier. We are not looking for someone who just helps out at the stand or posts stories. We are looking for a person who reads a brief, understands the aviation context, and gets things done — in a small team your work has a direct impact, and you see it immediately.
What you will do
- Coordinate trade fairs from preparation to evaluation — schedule, logistics, stand equipment, on-site support.
- Create content directly in the hangar or maintenance facility — photo and video from events, social media posts following the approved plan, source material for newsletters and marketing collateral.
- Prepare newsletters and marketing materials.
- Look after promotional items, printed materials, and embroidery — stock levels, orders, quality control, packing.
- Communicate with suppliers in Czech and English (printers, stand builders, transport) and handle claims — follow-up and complaint resolution without waiting for instructions.
- Manage operational tasks in ClickUp and keep documentation clear and easy to find — marketing requests after alignment with Pavlína.
- Bring aviation context to the work: what makes sense for pilots, MRO, GA, or defence — and check that stand materials fit the audience that will come.
What we expect
- Aviation education (secondary school or university with a focus on aviation or avionics) or a valid pilot licence — PPL or higher.
- Ability to plan your own work and set priorities.
- Czech and English for day-to-day supplier communication.
