Important distinctions (per CONFLICTS.md):
- Full DOA (21J) ≠ ADOA (AP496). Full DOA with self-approval is an engineering capability (EASA.21J.849). ADOA is design capability without self-approval.
- FAA Repair Station 5R2Y718D: certificate validity expires 31 October 2026 — verify renewal before external publication.
- ISO 9001:2015: certificate number to be added when confirmed.
- ITAR compliance is not listed — formal status not yet documented for public claim.
- Product manufacturer specs (DO-178B, DO-254, RTCA DO-260B) are not AIR TEAM certifications.
